I have BS diploma from Industrial Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University. Then I had studied for about a year on Financial Management. I received in 1995 an MBA diploma on Management and Organization from DE University in Izmir
I’m instructing (part time) at University of Economics, CS Department, till 2003.
I have lots of certificates for Information Technology, ITIL, Banking, NLP, Energy and more.

| Experience |
I retired as IT coordinator for smart card ticketing system (KenKart) of Izmir. Besides building regular reporting system, IT service management logic is developed, starting from problem solving. Now it is a full vehicle monitoring and scheduling system which I believe is #1 in the world.
From 1992 through 2000 I was Manager of Information Systems + Planning and Organisation departments of Tarisbank, which was the last banking castle in Izmir and Aegean. With the support of great Managers I had at most of those times and small but excellent team we did the Information Technology revolution within the bank. Head Quarters and branch networking is built up from scratch. All banking software is re written or outsourced in fully integrated manner. In short every aspect of Information Technology is reengineered according to a master plan.
Before 1992 I had experience on agriculture, diary automation, small size energy and irrigation projects, software development, support and marketing.
I had my military duty in 1982-83 at both NATO and Turkish Army Headquarter as Computer specialist.

I’m active member for Ephesus Rotary Club, Nowadays I only try to swim at least two days a week.

My wife is a pharmacist having her own shop. My only son is 17 years old and studying in American Collages Inst. High School.
